A kind of hard rock used for making tools and points for arrows and spears.

atlatl

A wooden stick used in pre-historic to throw a spear.

archeologist

A scientist who studies the way people lived in the past, including prehistoric.

Beringia

A land bridge believed to have connected Asia with North America for about 2,000 years during the Ice Age.
