for my inno#en#e and he would trust me that I)m telling the truth.
%e led me into the building and on a "ery tight dar and #old #orridor. %e stopped in
front of a wre#ed wooden white door opening it.
After you /iss oberts0+ he made a gesture with his hand pointing to the entran#e.
Than you.0
%a"e a sit please0+ he pointed to the rusty iron #hair standing in the middle of the
room and #losed the door behind us.

that marathon taling taing a big breath.
%e burst into laughter and to my surprise he didn)t say anything. /inutes past and
not a word from him' I new he didn)t belie"e me be#ause of the way he rea#ted
to my e&planation. I #ould see my #ar at the end of the road and I breathed in

ye /iss0+ he started the engine and maneu"ered the "an so he #ould lea"e.
I remained there for a little longer+ looing after him and thining that I would ne"er

not wanting to ha"e anything left to do with poli#e o-#ers.
I wanted so badly to go home immediately but I needed to tae a bath 4rst+ gather
my bags and pay for the house so I headed to the entran#e door. Inside+ on the 8oor
