CHAPTER 9: LIST OF AGENCIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND PERSONS RECEIVING THE STATEMENT
Chapter 9 list the names and addresses of all federal, state and local agencies and persons to whom copies of the DR/DEIS/4(f) was sent, and the list of agencies and persons to whom the FDR/FEIS/4(f) will be sent. The documents have also been made available on the project website at http://www.dot.state.ny.us/reg/r5/stcboh_files/stcboh.html.
