Additional Visitation Provisions

1. Visitation shall be forfeited if Respondent does not show up to pick up minor(s) within

the first 30 minutes that visitation period is to start.

2. Respondent shall not consume any alcoholic beverage, narcotic or non-prescription drugs

24 hours prior to or during any visit. Respondent shall forfeit all or any portion of a visit

if it appears at said visit that Respondent is under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic or

non-prescription drugs.
