1. List your personal & career interests, natural abilities, job skills & values

your general career interest5. Narrow down your choices6. Develop a plan to acquire the education and
training you will need7. Learn job-seeking & job-keeping skills8. Decide what sacrifices you are willing to make
in order to fulfill your career plan

3 Types of People
SUBMISSIVE – people who tend to be apologetic, indifferent, passive and yielding
AGGRESSIVE – people who tend to be unfriendly, insulting, domineering, relentless and quarrelsome
ASSERTIVE – people who tend to be persistent, understanding and cooperative
