1. Businesses may be doomed or be non starters due torestrictive business environment 

Examples:

Rigid government laws ( no polluting industry can everbe located in around 50 Km radius of the Taj) ,

State of competition ( Car manufacturing capacitypresently in the country is far in excess of demand)

etc.
