Uniform messaging: messages—Communicate the same key messages to each group, however, make sure that communication is tailored to the need and role of each change agent/stakeholder group Overload: Identify the optimum frequency and best mode of communication with each group Feedback loop: Have series of listening tours to hear from staff and stakeholders on their expectations for the change (and challenges during the change process)
