Established the very first Horseshoe Cincinnati Dual-rate Supervisor Academy.

Facilitated the creation of the Horseshoe Supervisor Training Manual.

Used a DMAIC approach in the development of a game pace for Blackjack and Roulette. Blackjack hold percentages increased by 2.87 points from March of 2013 till the end of the Blackjack audits on May of 2014. Roulette game paces improved on an average about 13 spins per hour (SPH).

Assisted in the creation of schedules and calculating FTE’s for supervisors and dual-rates.

rate supervisor and moved up the ranks to complete my employment as a Table Games Manager in 2011. Was in charge of the day-to-day operations of all Table Games in the absence of the Director. Observed and managed the overall operations of the table games department to ensure that employees render prompt and courteous services to casino customers.

Created the first Action/Development plans for Casino Aztar Table Games team members. All team members who was under my direction successfully completed all Action Plans.
