Infinitives
– is the dictionary form of a (action word). It gives the meaning without saying who does it.
•Ejemplos:•Cantar – to sing•Jugar – to play

Types of Infinitives
•There are 3 types of verbs in Spanish:
•- verbs - (pase , ecuch )•- verbs - (corr , le , com )•- verbs - (escrib , viv )

Gustar with Infinitives
•Use the form of GUSTAR (Gusta) with infinitives:
•Me gust jug deportes.•Me gustan los deportes.

“A” with Gustar
•With gustar, adding an “ ” and a pronoun clarifies or emphasizes who likes something.
mí no me gustan las verduras.ella le gustan las frutas.

•Yo soy María. A mí me gustan los deportes. Me gusta jugar al béisbol.
•Él es Paco. A él le gusta patinar. Le gusta dibujar.
