Graduate Projects: Final year project

This module carried the majority of marks for my degree so it was essential for me to do as well as possible in this to ensure I reached my 2:1 target. The aim of this project was to examine how strain rates affected the undrained shear strength of clays which were close to the plastic limit. A number of different clays were tested, with different parameters, known as rate effects.
