Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Project Manage the upgrade of the Schweppes AIX environment across Dev, QAS and Production environment aware that the outage would impact manufacturing sites. This was completed successfully within the tight timeframe we had allotted.
Project Manage the Oracle Database upgrades of the Schweppes SAP environment within an allotted outage window of 19 hours. During this time some sites still had to continue production but would quickly run out of storage unless we met agreed timeframes. We were able to complete the work and hand back earlier than expected.
Schweppes Connect remediation – this is a customer web portal that was underperforming. I was able to work through various issues and enhancements to and implement them in readiness for a major upgrade being scheduled.
I put together the Business Case and gained approval for a Disaster Recovery exercise to be implemented this year. Once approved, I purchased a new IBM pSeries 7 and implement profile changes for critical SAP environments to be able to use in case of failover requirements
Also, as part of the above overarching project, I managed the DMZ and Internet upgrade to offer resilience in case one circuit failed.

Developed, ordered and managed the IT & Telephony (VoIP) requirements in relocating the Jemena Service Desk and Infrastructure Services to Level 1 at existing Clayton site.
Manage the consolidation and decommissioning of leased premises at Virginia, Stapylton, West Eagle Farm and Brisbane Tech Park into a Greenfield site at Yatala, Qld for over 100 staff together with an additional 20 external staff on different infrastructure. Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire end-to-end migration and project management of the transition of Voice, Mobile and Data services at 310 Toll sites Australia wide from TCNZA and Telstra to Optus, focussing the installation of new data and voice services into existing sites, pre-digiting the PABX and arranging new services for mobiles and truck phones. Sites ranged in size from 1 to 300 people
