INTER-PERSONAL

Inability to forge and maintain good inter-personal relationship be it at the workplace or in

one‟s personal life, can be a big source of anxiety and stress, possibly even leading to

isolation at the workplace.

Core Empowerment Technique very subtly deals with the dynamics of these important

inter-personal relationships by making the participant aware scientifically that it is not the

external environment or people, but how the individual herself or himself contributes to any

so called “failures” in forging a good bond with her/his superiors or peers.

By changing her/his current perceptions and beliefs the participants starts looking at these

relationships from a different point of view, thereby getting a whole new insight into

MOTIVATION AND

Individuals often face an internal resistance to act or take initiative at the workplace.

Usually the participant puts up the resistance by asking two questions viz. “How

do I do a certain task?” and “What‟s in it for me?

Core Empowerment Technique addresses these issues by delivering the methodology

and tools to „do it‟ plus making the participant understand the reward pattern.

Even if the participant succeeds in initiating a certain task there may be a

feeling of resistance to completion or seeing it through.

This resistance is triggered by the fear of not managing change efficiently.

Core Empowerment Technique uses break-through NLP techniques to „collapse‟ or neutralize

the fear-of-failure. It also installs potent ‘self motivator‟ programs in the participant.
