CAREER TRANSITIONS

I’m an investment banker who studiedto be an engineer!

Can you believe it? I graduated in civil engineering and after

four taxing years of college, began looking for a job. The

thing is – a small part of my always knew I was passionate

about finance and wanted a career in it, but the transition

was daunting.

I was looking for an avenue to an investment banking

job when a friend recommended Imarticus.

I did not face any major roadblocks and could keep

up because of the exceptional faculty and the

detailed curriculum.

A highlight was the placement services – through

mock interviews and resume building, the trainers

helped me hone my skills. Who would have

imagined that I’d land a job at SS&C Globe Op even

before completing the course? My job involves

much of what I learned at Imarticus, and I couldn’t

be happier.

-Danish Azam

With prior Retail Banking experience, I decided to join the CIBOP course at

Imarticus Learning in order to boost my Investment Banking knowledge. I

personally recommend Imarticus to anyone that wants to pursue a career

in IB. Their wonderful faculty members are so good that they can even

explain complex topics on financial instruments and the functions of

Investment Banking to a person with no background in Commerce. They

also closely assist students in getting jobs with leading Indian IBs by

improving their soft skills and through resume preparation workshops.

I had an amazing educational experience at Imarticus Learning. When I

initially joined their CIBOP program, I was not very familiar with the

concepts and processes of Investment Banking, but now I fully understand

a lot about the subject. The program’s curriculum is up to date and the

trainers are wonderfully helpful. I recently got placed at BNP Paribas,

where I discovered that everything I studied at Imarticus has enabled me

to perform my job responsibilities well.
