Born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania Alexa now lives in Gales Ferry, Connecticut. She grew up dancing and cheerleading, and then became both a cheerleading coach and a dance teacher. She has also spent the last 8 years as a hairdresser, until more recently. Alexa decided to take her passion for making people feel good about themselves to a new level and pursued a Personal Training Certificate from that National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Alexa has encountered many situations that started as a negative impact that has later shaped her into a more relatable instructor. Starting with a back injury forcing her to learn to compensate in order to keep up with her life, to the everyday struggle with strength and weight to maintain top performance in sports. Alexa is a very relatable individual that understands your concerns. Through her love for fitness and desire to help people she can help you make your fitness dreams come true!
