1. The Method Synopsis for Preparing The chemical composition was drew up and content was designed for each → The smelting with non

vacuum induction furnace → Casting into 40Kg round ingot at low temperature in bottom, casting → After skinning by latheing → lathe into filing smash → filter and sieving, take 0.84 —0.18 parts, and mixing full and homogenously → bottling → The homogenous test reached up to standard → Determinated value by method of chemical analysis → data collected. statistical process → Determinated reference value → package (Cutting into cylinder at 30 * 30mm for spectroscopy analysis).

4. Homogenous Test Adopted the square deviation method (F test method) test results,the homogeneity of the sample was

proved.

5. Package and Deposit the content of the packing minimal unit for this reference material is l00g/b. The glass bottle with

cork inside and cover outside was used according to the uniformity standard. It was kept in a plastics box sealed with label and certificate, kept in good condition of ventilation,

cleanness and dry place at house to prevent rust and oxidation. For spectroscopy analysis each piece of sample was packaged in a plastics box and a group of five

was packaged in a larger plastics box . Kept in dry place . 6.
