Connecting with IPSAS in Arabic International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) have been developed to enhance the quality, consistency and transparency of public sector financial reporting worldwide. Issued by the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board, IPSAS are accruals-based standards used for the preparation of general purpose financial statements by governments and other public sector entities around the world. They are increasingly being adopted across the Middle East with many ministries transitioning to IPSAS.

The Certificate in IPSAS in Arabic (Cert IPSAS in Arabic) has been specifically developed as a collaboration between ACCA and Deloitte for Arabic speaking finance professionals to help you meet the challenges of implementing IPSAS.

What is the ACCA Certificate in IPSAS? ACCA’s qualifications help build the finance capabilities organisations need to deliver effective financial management, transparency and accountability.

The ACCA Certificate in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (Cert IPSAS) is a cost-effective, online IPSAS course from ACCA. It has been specifically developed in conjunction with Deloitte to help meet the challenges of implementing IPSAS.
