onnect the generator to the power supply

(230 Vac), switch it on and check if the voltage

of the outputs is 47 Vdc (+/- 5%): sw

itch off thegenerator.

.C

onnect the generator to the resistive load: theload m

ust be regulated so that the voltage onthe load, w

ith maxim

um current, is betw

een20V

and 23V. Apply oscilloscope probe as in

fig. 8

.Set the regulation knob to the centre of thedial, sw

iththe am

perometer the m

aximum

current indi-cated on the technical table w

ith +/- 5% toler-

ance. You will see on the oscilloscope a

waveform

as in fig. 11.

.If the current readings differ, use the trim

mer T

(fig. 13) to obtain the correct current value.

.Short-circuit the load and verify that after 1,5sec. the current descends to approx. 25A.

.R

egulate the resistive load to measure the

minim

um current (5A - 20V

), set the minim

umcurrent on the frontal panel and check w

ith theam

perometer that there is a value near than

the one indicated on the technical table.

.D

isconnect the probe, switch off the generator

and with the load to the m

aximum

current, letthe m

achine work at the greatest capacity.
