You told us that a newsletter was the best way for us to keep you up to date on Celyn Avenue news. Thank you all for taking the time to chat to us over the last few months to tell us your views of Celyn Avenue. You’ve spoken to us in your homes and at a drop-in meeting in the communal lounge and you’ve given us lots of useful feedback that we will use to improve your scheme.

• improve the outside of the scheme to make it look more attractive
• install a new door entry system, with separate key system, to make all blocks more secure
• refurbish the Communal lounge after the works have been completed
• install wifi in the communal lounge for residents and other members of the community to use

External worksYou may well have noticed…
that we have been busy carrying out repairs to the external walls and balconies at Celyn Avenue.
This is just the beginning of planned works to improve your homes – next year we will be replacing the windows with energy efficient double glazed units and re-covering the roofs, as well as continuing with repairs to the balconies.
After that we will be upgrading the heating in all your homes with a modern central heating and hot water system.
Work will be carrying on in sequence throughout 2016 and into 2017.
We hope it will make a big difference and improves both the look and efficiency of your homes.
