All castings are heat treated and accurately
annealed to rel ieve stress and stabi l ize
molecular configuration.
X-axis adopted wide span symmetrically central
driven design which ball screw is placed at the
middle of bed to provide high accuracy and
heavy load axial system and prevent uneven
and dissociated state of moving parts and rails.
Both sides equipped large size of screw-type
chip augers to ensure high efficiency chips
removal capability.
The Y-axis roller type linear guide ways offset
from each other increases structural rigidity
reduces distance between spindle to cross
beam enhances overall cutting performance.
Unique head design which the main spindle, spindle
motor, ball screw and hydraulic counter weight cylinders
are symmetrically placed. Hereby preventing thermal
distortion and minimizing deflection. Assuring accuracy
and heavy cutting capability.

3 axes adopt high rigidity box ways design which is suitable for high rigidity
requirements of heavy cutting.
Box ways are coated with specialized Turcite-B which can prevent
slow-moving and lower abrasion.

structural strength.

3 axes are adopted with direct drive AC servo motor to ensure excellent dynamic precision and fast acceleration / deceleration. Rapids of 3 axes are 30 / 30 / 24 m/min.
Coolant through spindle, which not only
extends long lasting of tools, but also fulfills
machining requests of deep hole drilling and
milling, is available for option.
The Finite Element Analysis ( FEA ) is used
on all castings to ensure high stiffness and
minimize deformation.
The wide span column structure minimizes
vibration of headstock while high speed
shifting to ensure outstanding machining
rigidity.
High rigidity table adopts optimal fulcrum design to provide maximum table load up to 15,00 kg. ( L1320 )
