Foreword

Blockchain technology has become a global trend with the invention of Bitcoin. With the constant innovation and breakthrough of blockchain technology, blockchain is a fascinating piece of technology that has the power to change our world. The revolution of blockchain can be divided into five stages: Blockchain 1.0 (Payment Blockchain, BTC Bitcoin, LTC Litecoin, XRP Ripple) with basic payment functions. Followed by Blockchain 2.0 (Smart contract, with ETH Ethereum, EOS, NEO) with the smart contract function. Blockchain 3.0 owns IoT, called Blockchain of Things - (which stands for IOTA). It eventually became Blockchain 4.0 (called Cross-Chain Function or New Utility Chain) with innovative application capabilities. It has evolved a total of four levels. The Blockchain 4.0 adding new innovative application functions based on Blockchain 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. Nowadays, Blockchain 4.0 has been developed into digital economics such as media, travel, entertainment, news, games, and social networking. Each new application function may have the potential to change a traditional industry based on the blockchain technology. It can be seen that the blockchain will be the biggest trend after the Internet. In the world’s top 500 companies, the blockchain segment will make the most significant contribution. The value of blockchain application is determined by the innovative technologies and application functions in the blockchain ecosystem. The future of Blockchain is inconceivable if consists of unique patented technology with universal smart contract application that is able to integrate the advantages of other chains to develop new sub-chains. This is the future of Blockchain 5.0, (Unique Tech Blockchain) where the technologies solely not easily imitated. Therefore, they will have long term competitive advantage in the blockchain ecosystem. The technology must surpass blockchain 4.0 in term of functionality to become Blockchain 5.0. It possesses of cross-chain smart contract application and products developed either by telecommunications, biotechnology or chemical engineering. At present, the world’s best companies are developing through this direction, such as Alibaba, Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, etc.

Cell Intelligence Technology Co. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as CIT) has developed a unique application technology to achieve the blockchain 5.0. It solves the dilemma faced by blockchain industry (refer to the “Dilemma Faced by the Blockchain Industry” in this paper) and develop a cross-chain integration technology. Prior to the CI chain, all chains operated individually and independently, and communication and integration between chains was impossible. The CI chain is the first to break through the cross-chain integration in addition to the application of Blockchain 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0. It achieves the application requirements of the blockchain industry. The CI chain has three unique application technologies: 1) Cross-chain integration single-chain technology, 2) Cross-chain integration alliance chain technology, and 3) Universal smart contract technology. These three unique technologies will make the CI chain the first choice for industry developers to use the CI chain to develop new chains. (Refer to the article “5.0 Blockchain Advantage and CI Chain Innovation”). This innovative and unique technology is one of the criteria that makes it Blockchain 5.0. In addition, the second condition for CI chain to become blockchain 5.0 is the cell intelligence technology (refer to this article 1.0 Cell Intelligence Cell Intelligence). Cell Intelligence technology has a new technique for separating the plant stem cells. This technology comprehensively solves various technical issues of the original plant tissue culture (callus culture), and for the first time, a large number of standardized plant cells without mutation homology has been achieved.

This technology becomes a unique production system besides agricultural cultivation, which receives a large amount of natural active ingredients. This kind of stem cell is different from “transgenic technology”. This technique is as natural for the ecosystem and only separates and uses undifferentiated stem cells. There is absolutely no genetic manipulation throughout the entire production process. Plant stem cell technology in CIT has 72 patents in countries around the world including United States, China, Canada and Japan. Another 18 patents are under application. This technology will help to protect the rarest and most precious plant resources in the country, and at the same time mass production of the most valuable active ingredients in the plant resources will create a lot of wealth for the country. The Difficulties Faced by the Blockchain Industry

The current blockchain domain has its advantages from Blockchain 1.0 to Blockchain 4.0. 95% of the blockchain projects only provide simple payment functions in the business circle, less than 1% of blockchains have advance application like Blockchain 4.0. However, even if individual blockchains have capable of advance application, they cannot effectively integrate and exchange data with other blockchains. Today, most of the blockchains in the market are independent, and the design of each blockchain ecosystem has not been integrated with other blockchain ecosystems. It is as if every blockchain ecosystem has its own language, but it cannot communicate effectively with other blockchain ecosystems. This is due to most of the current blockchain ecosystem in the market is self-governance, many cross-link applications are missed. CIT designed the world’s first cross-chain integrated blockchain, CI chain. 1.0 Cell Intelligence Intelligence is the general term for knowledge and ability. Animals and plants, in the course of millions of years of evolution, have evolved from single-celled organisms to multi-celled organisms. Each animal cell or plant cell still retains the sensitivity and ability to response to external environmental changes and make appropriate changes and responses, this is known as Cell Intelligence. Taking animal cells as an example, when an animal’s cell is infected by an external virus, the virus takes control of the cell, use the genetic material to replicate itself to creates the virus particles and ultimately cause the animal cell to collapse. In plants, when the cell is infected by an external fungal or viral infection, there is no adaptive immune response to the infection. It relies on the innate immunity of each cell. Signals will send from the infected site to all parts of the plant for immunization. For example, produce antibiotics such as antibacterial proteins, enzymes and compounds to inhibit the infection of pathogenic bacteria. China has conducted a general survey on the medicinal resources of traditional Chinese medicine: 87% are medicinal plants, 12% are medicinal animals and 1% are medicinal minerals. How to use Cell Intelligence for human health? It has been a profound knowledge. It has supported a large health industry that includes medicine, health care, beauty at a scale of 8.7 trillion US dollars. (2017 Deloitte Market Research Report) The stem cells in their original state have the potential to differentiate into a variety of mature functional cells. With all the genetic code of animals, plants, or living organism, the cells strongly exhibit cellular intelligence properties.

1.1 Microorganisms The basic structures of bacteria, fungi and unicellular organisms are also cells. Scientists found that bacteria communicate through electronic signals like nerve cells. When a group of bacteria assemble on a surface, a thin and slippery layer of biofilm will form on the cells. Biofilms is a community of microorganisms. They support each other and build a wall to resist external stress while also sharing nutrition. It is very difficult to handle these biofilms with chemicals and antibiotics. Biofilms are ubiquitous and it can be found in the roots of plaque and around the teeth. It is estimated that 80% of bacterial infections in the human body are caused by biofilms. When bacteria fixed on certain surface, it will send electronic signals to form a biofilm and the consortium which make a different kind of external bacteria. The human opportunistic pathogen- Pseudomonas aeruginosa, is the well-known example. Through signal communication, it regulates the formation of biofilm, controls the production of extracellular polysaccharides and the migration and aggregation ability of the population. The aggregation of these bacteria can secrete toxins or proteolytic enzymes, effectively resist the attack of the human immune system and even increase the ability to resist antibiotics, causing the pathogens to proliferate and cause serious infections. A Promoter is a DNA sequence that can turn on or off the performance of its downstream genes. Many bacterial promoters can detect the presence of external factors, which in turn affect the performance of downstream genes; such external factors are commonly found in lactose and tetracycline. Landmines that are buried in the soil for a long time, the internal TNT (Trinitrotoluene) explosive vaporizes into gaseous TNT or decomposes into gaseous DNT (Dinitro toluene). Now scientists have combined the Promoter with the fluorescent protein gene sequence and placed it in bacteria. When this GMO bacteria detects trace amounts of gaseous TNT or DNT in the soil, it will generate fluorescence, which means there are unexploded mines buried there. 1.2 Animal Cells The human immune cells and stem cells can strongly exhibit animal Cell Intelligence. When human body is invaded by foreign pathogens, the immune cells in the human body are activated to produce a special protein called “antibody”. Antibodies have the ability to identify the foreign pathogen and integrate abnormal substances in the body, such as cancer cells, infected cells, bacteria and viruses. Scientists will be able to identify the foreign antibody proteins and apply Nano-chemotherapy drugs that can kill cancer cells, creating a “smart bomb” that can specifically track and kill latent cancer cells in the body. This smart bomb is also called a target drug or a monoclonal antibody. In addition, human body contains hundreds of different kinds of cells, which are extremely important to human body. These cells are responsible for heartbeat, brain thought processing, blood filtration of kidneys, regeneration of skin and so on. The unique of human stem cells is to replicate other kinds of cells. When human stem cells divide, they will produce stem cells and other type of cell. As the body’s stem cells mature and deplete with age, scientific community and medical community have to continuously research on supplement of stem cells to achieve the possibility of treatment and health care.

Current study found that after injections of in vitro cultured proliferative exogenous living stem cells into human body, it can detect the information sent by the injured tissue. These proliferate exogenous living stem cells will response and move according the concentration of the distressed information sent by the injured tissue in the body and eventually reach the niche of the tissue, this process called stem cells homing. Through the release of growth factors to activate the endogenous stem cells, it will begin to produce new cells and tissue repair; secrete cytokines, regulate the activity of immune cells of the injured tissue. This is animal cellular intelligence presenting the principle of stem cell therapy.

1.3 Plant Cells

Plants may be the most viable species on the planet. Their living environment include scorching deserts, sub-zero environment of the roof of the world and Arctic tundra subzone. Some dormant plants when under suitable conditions, it will surprisingly regain their vitality. Unlike animals, plants have to respond to the harsh environment because plants are immobile. The plants cell will stimulate and produce cambial meristematic cell (CMC, the active ingredients of plants which are innately undifferentiated, and function as plant stem cells) to eliminate or repair the cells that are damaged by the harsh environments. Therefore, the production of CMC is the best embodiment of plant Cell Intelligence.

Plant stem cells are naturally produced within plants, to enhance the plants to grow and survive in various environments. Unlike animal stem cells, plant stem cells are undifferentiated (also known as Immortal Cells). The plants can therefore be grown for prolonged periods.

2.0 Problems in the Development of the Big Health Industry

Some plants have short life spans (less than one year), whereas others have life spans that are measured in centuries. Precious medicinal plants normally take longer time to grow. For example, wild ginseng takes decades to reach maturity, a hundred-year-old yew (the bark of three hundred-year-old yew is enough to extract one chemotherapy dose of paclitaxel). It is relatively rare and even increasingly endangered due to high demand for the product in recent year, this become an obstacle to commercialization.

With the development of cities, population density increases drastically. Poor environmental quality directly affects health status, years of healthy life lived, population of aging and metabolic diseases has increased. In order to meet the demand of healthcare industries, it is necessary to cut more natural forest to obtain land to plant medicinal plants. Which in long term will cause the plant Cell Intelligence to disappear. The conservation of plant resources now become major attention of the world yet no solution on it.

2.1 Standardization Issues

The quality of Chinese medicine depends on the efficacy and the establishment of quality standards during the development of the medicine. For most conditions, there are not enough rigorous scientific evidence on the efficiency of Chinese medicine, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of single indicator components fails to reflect its clinical efficacy in a practical and comprehensive manner. In addition, the complex active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines and undeveloped technology make it more difficult to control the quality during preparation.

Wines of different years, coffee beans from different origins often have variable flavors and qualities. This is because the production of active ingredients of plants is easily conceived by climate, origin, planting method, variety and other factors. Therefore, the composition of phytochemicals from different batches will be greatly different, resulting in standardization and uniformity difficulties. The big batch differences are the largest issue in medicinal plants for pharmaceutical development.

2.2 Security Issues

The concept of “medicine and food homology” thorough Chinese food culture. For most countries, 90% of Chinese medicines were imported from abroad, which 80% of it were from China. The source of Chinese medicine was difficult to control and the commercial herbs were mixed, there are common heavy metals, pesticides, sulfur dioxide, astragalus toxins and other residues exceeded standards. Chinese herbal medicines may affect by natural and human factors during processing and production. Some may grow in the soil contaminated with heavy metals, or industrial polluted environments. Improper handling of medicine herbs during processing, rusting of manufacturing equipment, etc. Resulting in excessive heavy metal content in medicinal herbs.

2.3 Time and Production Problems

The manufacturing process of drugs is limited by the time and yield of plants. For example, paclitaxel. 4 tons of paclitaxel are required each year in the market but the global production is only 350 kg. It means that total of 350,00 to 700,000 hundred-year-old yew trees were to cut to extract paclitaxel from their bark, each gram of paclitaxel needs 1 to 2 hundred-year-old yew trees.

If 4 tons of paclitaxel to be met the demand, at least 4 million to 8 million hundred-year-old yew trees must be cut each year. Therefore, at least 400-800 million of yew tree forests needed for the supply of paclitaxel for the next 100 years.

3.0 Cell Intelligence Platform Module

The Cell Intelligence Platform takes the plant stem cells as its core technology to create three major plans for cell banking, gene modules and production sites. It is set up to solve the plight of biotech industry. Plant stem cells serve as the origin of plant vitality, they function as a source of new cells to grow or to replace specialized tissues. The most characterized stem cells in plants reside in growing tips and of shoots and roots.

Botanists have been trying to isolate undifferentiated plant stem cells in the past 170 years ago but attempts by various top research institutions including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA, 1980s-1990s) were failed. Therefore, starting from 1990s, mainstream academics believe that the separation of plant stem cells that satisfies both the conditions of undifferentiated and grow indefinitely is impossible to achieve. The main research direction has also changed to optimization of callus and callus dedifferentiation cells. Because of its inherent limitations, there are only few cases of successful commercialization and these cases are also having obstacle and difficulty to promote. However, in 2010, a technology considered as a breakthrough in plant technology – Cultured cambial meristematic cells as a source of plant natural products published in the leading biotechnology journal NATURE BIOTECHNOLOGY, providing a new way of phytochemical production. This is the first-time people could isolate plant stem cell successfully in the world. This would be a very important milestone in biologic researches, and has great business potentials. 3.1 Core Technologies: Stem Cell Culture and Research Process

1. Stem Cell Separation

- Before the stage of cell isolation, studies on rare and endangered cell and species were conducted

to find out the conditions of quality plant cells to ensure that the stem cells isolated are in good quality.

2. Stem Cell Culture (Solid State Culture)

- After identifying the plant cells quality for the rare and endangered plants, plants cells will be

cut and separate to isolate the stem cell. The isolated stem cells will place in a solid medium and multiplied.

- The composition and environmental conditions of the solid medium will be tested repeatedly so that the stem cells would have the best solid-state cultivation environment.

- The optimum cultivation environment will result in large number of primary cell lines which will facilitates subsequent research and development.

3. Stem Cell Culture (Suspension Culture)

- This is quantitative cultivation of stem cells. - Part of the stem cell line will place in a small tank containing nutrients needed for cell growth,

the airflow provided from the bottom of flask to achieve a suspension culture effect. - Various amount of nutrition and suspension culture environment were tested to achieve

optimum culture conditions. That is, in the shortest time, the most abundance stem cells are produced, and it must be ensure that multiplied stem cells remain their original state.

- Since step 3 is a repeated test step, while proceeding, the cell line of step 2 must in continuous culture to ensure a constant supply of the main cell line.

4. Genome mapping

The successful of stem cells cultivation will produce sufficient amount of stem cells. Sample will be collected to conduct a genome mapping study of the stem cells. This will provide a full set of genetic maps of the rare plants.

5. Compound database

- The next step is the most time consuming and laborious step. While maintaining quantitative

cultivation, a research will conduct to test on some of the stem cells in step 3. - Stem cells are subjected to various culture components and environmental conditions to

identify various known and unknown active ingredients and the effect of stem cells with many combinations of the factors below.

- Test factors include humidity, temperature, different air combinations, sunlight, UV, and air pressure.

- The various components obtained by the test will be compared with the genetic map of Step 4 to better understand the relationship and influence of the genome and active ingredients.

- These compounds will undergo multiple levels of research and investigation. The first is the animal testing; after that will entering the human body test. This is to fully understand the effects and harms of each single ingredient and combination of ingredients on the human body.

6. Optimized culture

- The sixth step is the final step in laboratory research. According to the data in step 5, the best

environmental conditions and ingredients are simulated in order to produce a perfect product. - The mass production will provide the required antidote for a variety of human or environmental

needs.

7. Industrial Production

- According to the needs of the market, the products will enter industrialization step to produce

the maximum amount of active ingredients at the lowest cost in the shortest time.

Remarks: According to statistics, the number of cancer patients worldwide in 2017 is 14.1 million, this number will reach 24million in 2035. At present, recommended dosage for each cancer patient is 300 ml of ginseng culture solution. The capacity requirement of the anti-cancer market alone is as high as 140,000 tons per month, and it will increase to 240,000 tons per month in 2035. The capacity of existing Korean production bases is up to 25 tons per month, which requires about 10,000 times capacity expansion. This is just a single market demand for capacity expansion, not including the needs of other markets.

8. Finished Product

- The finished products will widely use in anti-cancer health food, anti-AIDS health food, diet

products, reduce eye bags, anti-aging products, anti-hypertension, anti-hyperglycemia and anti- hyperlipidemia products, so that more people can enjoy the benefits of natural plant active ingredients.

3.2 Confirmation of Cell Intelligence Technology

The journal Nature Biotechnology is the world's top academic journal with an influence factor of up to 3908. As the world's top academic journal in the life sciences, it only publishes the latest findings that have a major impact in the life sciences sector. There are usually not more than five botany-related papers published in the academic journal each year.

In the same issue, it also published a review article from the world top scholars on the achievement of cell intelligence research and development team. The author of the review is Professor Susan Robertz of Massachusetts State University, the world's top expert in cell culture in plant tissue. 4.0 Blockchain Advantages and CI Chain Innovation

In order to meet the funding needed for the development of the Cell Intelligence industry, the Cell Intelligence chain (hereinafter referred to as the CI chain, CIC) was thus created. Different from the traditional consensus model, the BFT is different from the previous POS and POW. There is absolutely no problem of delivery. Only the blocks that have passed more than 66% of the nodes or asset verification will be compiled, and such a concept has been verified, and the remaining 34% are unlikely to generate blocks until sufficient evidence has been gathered.

For efficiency reasons, when a new block is to be proposed, a small set of nodes will be randomly selected. The design of the random selection algorithm is very important because it affects the fairness and security of the entire consensus process. A group of MIT researchers including Yossi Gilad, was recently proposed Algorand, which is an effective PoS consensus algorithm based on verifiable random functions (VRFs). VRFs can output publicly reliable data randomly. By using a verification random function, participants can privately check if they were selected for each round of proposals or votes. Then their verification random function data was published as well as group proposals or votes. By using a verification random function, we can improve network efficiency and avoid targeted attacks because selected participants only need to broadcast a message to the network and our consensus will take out the combination of VRFs and PBFT to achieve a suBFT consensus algorithm.

Our suBFT will be selected from the authorized nodes, according to the amount of equity and randomly selected four nodes as shown below Anode0, Anode1, Anode2 and Anode3. The four nodes randomly select the latest block proposed by the speaker. The remaining three votes on this block and the number of votes exceeds 2/3 of the votes were in the block’s revenue chain.

5.5 Multi Consensus on Multi-Zero Ring Diagram

No fiduciary duties owed. As CIT is not a regulated financial institution, it does not owe investors in CI Coin any fiduciary duties. This means that CIT has no legal obligation to always act in good faith in the best interests of holders of CI Coin. While CIT will have regard to the interests of holders of CI Coin, it is also permitted to consider the interests of other key stakeholders and to prefer these interests over the interests of CI Coin holders. Such attacks include double-spend attacks, majority mining power attacks, and selfish-mining attacks, among others. No guarantee of value of CI Coin. There is no guarantee that your CI Coins will hold their value or increase in value. You may lose the entire, or part of the, amount of any payment you made for your CI Coins. If you are financing your purchase of Tokens and the value of your CI Coin decreases, you may be unable to repay the loan used to purchase your CI Coin. Crypto assets such as your CI Coin are a new and relatively untested product. There is considerable uncertainty about their long-term viability, which could be affected by a variety of factors, including market-based factors such as economic growth. In addition, the success of the CI Coin and other types of crypto assets will depend on whether blockchain and other new technologies related to the CI Coin turn out to be useful and economically viable. CIT does not control any of these factors, and therefore may not be able to control the long-term success of your CI Coins as a feature of the CI Chain, or the ability of your CI Coins to maintain their value. CIT provides no guarantee that the amount of CI Coins you purchase will retain their value. You may lose all or some of that value. CIT does not plan to maintain any type of bond or trust account designed to protect holders of your CI Coin. Even if CIT did so, you should be aware that any bond or trust account maintained by CIT for the benefit of its customers may not be sufficient to cover all losses incurred by holders of CI Coins.

Volatility of CI Coin. The volatility and unpredictability of the price of crypto assets (including the CI Coin) relative to other virtual and fiat currencies may result in significant loss over a short period of time. As CI Coins can be purchased with fiat currency, the value of CI Coins may in part be affected by or derived from the continued willingness of market participants to exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrencies. Changes in such currencies relative to each other as well as to fiat currencies may accordingly affect the price and, in turn, the value of CI Coins.

Level of demand for CI Coin not assured or constant. It is possible that there will be minimal to no demand for your CI Coins. In such an event, the short-term and long-term viability of your CI Coins and the CI Chain will be in doubt, and CIT may terminate your CI Coins and cease all operations. Moreover, the crypto asset market is a new and untested market, the characteristics and behavior of which, in the context of domestic and global markets, is not fully understood. The level of demand for CI Coin cannot be accurately predicted or projected.

Use and continued acceptance of CI Coin. Although CI Coin may be accepted as payment at any point in time, there is no assurance that CI Coin will still be accepted as payment (or as a medium of exchange) at any subsequent point in time.

Risks in holding CI Coin. If you store your CI Coins in a hot wallet or certain types of cold wallets, your CI Coin balance will be associated with the public key address of your wallet and, in turn, your private key address. You are responsible for knowing your private key address and keeping it a secret. Because a private key, or a combination of private keys, is necessary to control and dispose of CI Coin stored in your digital wallet or vault, the loss of one or more of your private keys associated with your digital wallet or vault storing CI Coins will result in the loss of your CI Coins. Moreover, any third party that gains access to one or more of your private keys, including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet service you use, may be able to misappropriate your CI Coin. CIT and its affiliates will never ask you for your private key address, and you should never share this information with someone you do not know and trust.

Reversal of transactions. Transactions of CI Coins may be irreversible. This includes transactions made fraudulently, erroneously, or accidentally. CI Coins involved in such irreversible transactions may not be recoverable. CIT does not anticipate that it will redeem CI Coins from holders of CI Coins for any reason.

Token supply. The supply of CI Coins may decrease for various reasons, including reasons outlined in this section on risk factors. In addition, if a wallet is lost, CI Coins stored therein may not re-enter the overall CI Coin supply. Alternatively, CIT may decide to burn any number of CI Coins. Burning a CI Coin will destroy it and thereby reduce the overall CI Coin supply. The supply of CI Coins may increase should CIT decide, after having issued and distributed the maximum number of CI Coins in its initial token offering, to have one or more token generation events.

Subsequent sale and exchange. CI Coins may be sold on exchanges or directly between parties after the close of the initial token offering for fiat or other cryptocurrencies. Although third parties may also build systems that also allow the use of CI Coins, CIT does not anticipate any involvement in those uses of CI Coins and has no responsibility for them. There is no guarantee that any third parties will develop alternative uses of the CI Coin.

No participation in operations. Holding CI Coins does not confer any right or final say in CIT’s management or (ii) how the CI Chain is administered, developed, or governed. As a result, CI Coin holders will not have control over the CI Chain or development, nature, or permitted functions of the CI Coins and may not prevent or prohibit CIT from making decisions that may adversely affect the CI Chain or CI Coins.
