Gluten-Free Cooking ClassesWe are pleased to announce this year’s Gluten-Free Interactive Cooking Classes conducted by Viterbo University nutrition/dietetic students and interns. The classes are intended for those with Celiac Disease, Gluten Sensitivity, Wheat Allergy, and their families. With expert direction from your instructors, each participant will have the opportunity to work with other class participants and prepare a gluten-free meal. The class will then come together and taste each of the gluten-free recipes prepared and share recipes to recreate at home!
