LOCAL DERBY TICKET DISTRIBUTERS You can purchase tickets at local distributors such as D&R Sporting Goods Thunder Bay, Canadian Tire(Nipigon), Home Hardware(Nipigon)CANUCK AMUSEMENT Canuck Amusement Rides will in Nipigon for the Fall Fishing Festival from Friday August 30th – Monday September 2nd. Advance ride daily ride passes can be purchased at the Nipigon Community Centre from August 8th to August 26th for $25. Regular entry+ride wristband after August 26th will be $30.00. Ride tickets will also be sold individually at the box office during operating hours (box office will open at noon fri-mon) TWO-DAY FAMILY DERBYSaturday, August 31st & Sunday, September 1st. All family derby ticket holders will be granted free access to the arena. Your derby ticket is required to enter.Tickets are $25.00 from local distributors. Fish Categories: Pike, Pickerel & Salmon. Tickets must be purchased before noon on Saturday. Weigh-in will take place Saturday & Sunday 3:00pm – 5:00pm in the arena lobby. Weigh-in limit of one fish per category per ticket per day. Prizes presented in the arena, Sunday 5:00pm ONE-DAY HUCK FINN DERBYMonday, September 2nd. Open to any child 12 and under. $3 per entry, payable when entering a fish. One entry per child. Weigh-in Monday 1:30pm – 3:30pm in the arena lobby. Prizes awarded in the arena at 4:30pm. Open to all species. Largest perch wins the annual trophy and plaque.EUCHRE TOURNAMENTThursday, August 29th.
