Registered charity 1088239 Celebrating Community Week at the game today Today’s game sees the climax of Community Week – a weeklong celebration of Norwich City’s work in the community through the Community Sports Foundation (CSF). City players will warm-up for today’s game in CSF branded training tops as well as donating their match-shirts to CSF for auction following the match. Community Week is a chance to recognise the various programmes, people and participants that engage with the club’s Foundation on a weekly basis and to thank the funders and fundraisers who make it possible, including main club sponsor Aviva. One young person who benefits from such work is today’s young Community Hero, Will Clarke. Aviva volunteers will be supporting CSF at disability sessions during the week Will, who has cerebral palsy, is an enthusiastic and regular participant in CSF’s disability sport programmes. The programmes that he enjoys are made possible through funding from CSF’s Sporting Light Appeal, which proceeds from today’s ground collection today will go to. Today marks World Down’s Syndrome Day, and also at the game today are participants from the Norwich City Down’s Syndrome team. They will be introduced to the crowd at half-time, along with counterparts from Lincoln City football club. Both teams have enjoyed a special tournament prior to the game and will round off a memorable day with a pitch procession. Their day has been made possible thanks to the generous support of PUPS, a fan group from the popular Pink ‘Un message boards, who have chosen to support CSF as their charity of the year. CSF, in association with Sellebrity, are delighted to announced that Jamie’s Game will be returning to Norwich this year. The celebrity charity match will take place at Carrow Road on Sunday, May 17 and it promises to be even bigger and better than ever before! Full celebrity lineups will be announced in the coming weeks but confirmed celebs already confirmed include TOWIE’s Dan Osborne, TV star Jeff Brazier and actor Jake Wood (Eastenders). City fans will also be treated to some familiar faces with Adam Drury, Dean Ashton and Iwan Roberts all set to return to the Carrow Road pitch. Last year’s game saw over 9,500 people enjoy a magical afternoon in the sun as ITV2’s The Only Way is Essex star Dan Osborne’s team beat actor Danny Dyer’s team 14-9. Celebrating Community Week at the game today

today’s game sees the climax of community week – a weeklong celebration of norwich city’s work in the community through the community sports foundation (csf).

City players will warm-up for today’s game in CSF branded training tops as well as donating their match-shirts to CSF for auction following the match.
