S.C.B.C. HISTORY

Twenty-five years ago an award was established in memory of a club member who was killed while riding his bicycle. His name was Mark Cholak. This award was presented each year from 1983 until 2000 year to a member, not an officer (at the time), who had served the club in a special capacity. At the banquet in January 2001, President Peg Abrams presented the award for the last time and it was retired. Historian Alan Dolan is the custodian of the trophy along with other club memorabilia at his home.
