Our workshops are equipped to carry out at short notice, major and minor overhauls and repairs for all types of rotating equipment. All work undertaken is guaranteed and a detailed inspection report is provided.

SmartPart 2 Full details of the asset are stored including asset

number, model details, serial number, operational conditions, speeds, design, fluids, pressures and location.

Virtually any document such as sectional drawings, performance curves and manuals can be stored in PDF format against each asset, model or group of assets.

The assets parts list can be easily view and printed. Simple on-line ordering allows purchasing of OEM parts direct from Ceetak Engineering Ltd

Historical data can be stored in the assets on-line log book, logging all repairs, parts used and labour duration and costs. Ability to use the historical data for Failure Mode Analysis, Costing and Parts usage.

Extensive live reports can be generated on the stored historical data, and display in table or graphical formats. Ideal for failure mode analysis, repair costing between dates, identify bad performers and general model and manufacturer data.
