Dear CECA Parents,
I can’t believe it’s May already. This means our
CECA year has come to an end. While we are busy planning exciting activities for next year,
we will take a small break. But fear not, there are still a lot of fun things going on in May. It has been my pleasure serving as the President of the Coppell Early Childhood Association this year, and I look forward to serving again next year.
For those of you whose youngest child is headed to elementary, I say “farewell” from CECA. But I know that one of the best parts about this organization is the lifelong friendships you make, so I look forward to seeing you all around town soon.
I would like to take this chance to say a very special “Thank You” to the 2015-2016 Board. These amazing women went above and beyond to make
this a great year, and it was a pleasure working with all of them!

Free childcare @ the YMCA is provided by CECA with timely RSVP! Make sure to sign up for childcare per the Evite instructions. Please note children’s ages in the comment section. Th is is required so the YMCA can plan for enough caregivers for all of our children.

Do you know someone who needs a little Sunshine?
The Sunshine Committee is here to help celebrate a newborn or in a time of need. If you (or someone you know) are pregnant or need assistance, please let us know!
If possible, it helps to set up your preferences before the baby is born or a surgery takes place. When a baby is born, we like to know:
Parents’ and siblings’ names,Address and best contact number.
Any meal preferences (take out, etc)?Allergies or dislikes?
When approximately would you like meals to begin being delivered (obviously, you may not know before baby is born. :)
Also, please let us or another CECA member know when the baby is born so we can share the special details in our newsletter. We like to know baby’s gender, name, and any other fun stats that you’d like to share with us!
