Common Issues
Error: No servers available for this application.
1. Check the application properties. Ensure the application has servers defined and is not disabled
2. Ensure the applications the server is published from have logons enabled
3. Check QFARM /load1. Values of 20,000 indicate a licensing error2. Values of 10,000 indicate a fully loaded server according to the applied load
balancer
Unable to Launch Applications
Citrix Licensing Errors
1. Verify that the license server exists and is properly configured on the XenApp farm
2. Verify that the correct version of the license server is used for that version of XenApp
3. Check the licensing level for the XenApp servers against the licenses on the License server (Platinum, Enterprise etc)
4. Check firewall rules between the XenApp farm and the license server
Unable to Launch Applications
Error: Terminal Services License Server could not be contacted.
1. Verify that the license server exists, is properly configured within the console and has licenses installed.
2. Verify that if using Windows 2008 R2, the license server is also Windows 2008 R2 and has RDS licenses installed instead of TS licenses.
Unable to Launch Applications
Error: User does not have the rights to log on remotely to this machine.
1. Verify that the user is both a member of Remote Desktop Users and that the user has the “Access this desktop remotely” rights assigned through GPOs
Unable to Launch Applicationss
Primarily App-V in the field, some Citrix App Streaming
• CTX113304 is your best friend with Citrix App Streaming
• Microsoft Technical Support is your best friend with App-V
• File Type Associations will not work by default with XA 6 and App-V
• Admin must manually add each FTA when creating the published app
Application Streaming

• Validate farm database integrity
• Fix any issues encountered
