    Paula Bray is the Manager o the Visual and Digitisation Servicesdepartment at the Powerhouse Museum that includes: Photography, TheImage Resource Centre, The Photo Library and Rights and Permissionsand Audio Visuals. Paula is responsible or managing the digitalcollections to the highest standard whilst coordinating photographicand AV projects or exhibitions, publications, events and the website.Paula runs a blog or the Museum called Photo o the Day and managesthe Museums two Flickr accounts and numerous public groups.Paula has also worked as a photographer in the Arts or many yearsincluding: the Art Gallery o NSW, The State Library o NSW and TheAustralian National Maritime Museum. Paula has worked as a reelancephotographer and had several exhibitions o her work including a soloshow at Blender Gallery in 2007. Her work has been collected by theCollege o Fine Arts and private collectors. Paula studied photographyat the College o Fine Arts or 5 years doing a Bachelor o Art and aMaster o Art whilst also receiving the Aga Gevaert award or the mostinnovative use o photography.

    Mosman Council utilises a range o sharing technologies to better inormand engage with constituents. Creative Commons is an important part othat strategy, and is recommended in policy adopted by the Council last

    year as the preerred licence or Councils materials. Bernards personalinterest in the social aspect o network communications was sparked byFidoNet and the Sydney BBS (Bulletin Board System) scene o the late80s and early 90s. That early promise o new orms o participationonline is now being realised.

    Delia is the National Copyright Director ,Copyright Advisory Groupo Australian Schools and Technical and Further Education Institutes(TAFEs). Delia is an extremely experienced intellectual property lawyer.In her current role, Delia manages the National Copyright Unit whichprovides specialist copyright advice to the education sector andconducts negotiations with collecting societies on behal o schoolsand TAFE institutes. Prior to her current role, Delia worked at law frmMinter Ellison providing specialist copyright advice to the education andmedia/entertainment sectors .

    Delia is a strong advocate o the open education movement and hasactively participated in several international meetings and projectson promoting open resources, technology and teaching practices ineducation. Delia works closely with Creative Commons Australia and CClearn in promoting open education in Australia.

    She is one o the co ounders o Peer 2 Peer University. She is the ViceChair o the Australian Centre o Photography and on the boards oiCommons and the Television Sydney Foundation.
