Neale Hooper is the principal lawyer or the Queensland Government’sGovernment Inormation Licensing Framework (GILF) Project andhas led the project’s legal work since its inception in 2005. Nealewas recently appointed to the position o Program Manager o GILF

Implementation Strategy. Neale is a leading IP and ICT lawyer with over20 years experience with Queensland Crown Law, providing specialistlaw services in these areas. Neale was recently a lead researcher on theCRC-Spatial Inormation Project ‘Enabling Real-Time Inormation Accessin Both Urban and Regional Areas’. Neale has a Master o Laws romUniversity o Queensland, and has been an adjunct lecturer at QUT LawSchool since 2003.

Jacob Simionato has been recording local bands in commandeeredsuburban lounge rooms or several years, and enjoys the community spirit o sel-sucient music production and distribution. In recenttimes he has attempted to learn to use a real studio through study atthe University o Adelaide, but will surely return to domestic spaces ongraduation.
