CBS System Benefits Higher Quality - Engineered to have the lowest life-cycle costs, longest-life, and greatest resistance to stresses and harsh environments than any other material. Over 50% of the Boeing 787 is built with composites.

Safer, Stronger - One single product solves multiple building problems: Hurricanes & Tornados, Earthquakes, Termites, Water, Mold, & Fire.

Initial Savings - Automotive style assembly lines make accurate high performance materials affordable and cost competitive with wood, steel, concrete block, SIPS, and ICFs.

Long Term Savings - Homeowners apply for lower insurance rates, get higher resale values, and eliminate insect and rodent poison treatments.

Faster Build - CBS assembly plants deliver custom wall panels within a few weeks then erect, and dry-in most buildings in a few days. Builders deliver more homes with their same size crews.

Energy Efficient - CBS Studs are thermally insulating. Unique Studs - Lightweight H-Beam studs nest for low shipping costs. Material Reduction - High strength composites replace up to 17 tons of wood or 41 tons of concrete in a 2,000 sq ft (186 sq m) disaster resistant building.

Light-weight MgO Panels

SIP Panels Composite laminates covering composite skeletons produce lightweight panels that are strong, insulating, long-lasting, termite proof, waterproof, and cost competitive.

Panels for Adobe Fill Local materials fill in between the studs. Surfaces are finished with stucco outside and plaster inside. Variants of this structure are used for rapidly building very low cost social housing.

Beyond Green Combing sustainability, recycling, environmental responsibility, high strength, material reduction, lower transportation costs, insulation, and in-plant waste use, CBS composite framing can add up to 21 LEED points toward green certifications accumulating points from: Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation & Design,

CBS T-Wall Parts

Patented T-wall part shows the fibers that create its superior strength.

CBS profiles interconnect all walls, roof, and floors for whole-building support-flex.

Support-flex strength absorbs extreme forces and spreads them across the entire interconnected framework. The composite frame protects against hurricane, earthquake, and tornado’s major forces.

Unique Combination of Properties

Egis® Whole-House Framing System

Every person in the world has the same skeleton and number of bones, in same positions, performing the same functions. CBS makes superior skeletons available for building in the world.

The CBS Process Architectural design prints are converted to plant shop plans and foundation layouts by professional engineers. Composites are cut to precision length as they are produced. There is no cutting required in the assembly plant. Parts are sent to the assembly plant ready for immediate use. Framing jigs accurately locate each part and assemble them into straight, plumb, and square wall panels. There is no measuring required. CBS delivers panels and supervises erection. Builders finish exteriors, add amenities, decorate interiors, and deliver buildings to their buyers. Construction Technology Centers CBS licenses its technologies and patents to panel assembly plants. Other manufactures join at the same location to support the production line. This starts a Construction Technology Center. CBS provides the equipment, commissions the plant, and trains the workers and staff. The licensee manages the territory and markets. CBS supplies proprietary parts, ongoing services, and new develop-ments. Licensee markets, sells, and assembles the buildings. Licensee is responsible for the work shown in blue on the chart while CBS provides continuing opportunities, technology, new products,

Unique Profiles Shear sheets are placed in pockets and form single or double in-line shear walls behind the exterior and interior finishes to provide disaster resistance. Corner posts and H-columns form the shell of the building.

Shear sheets can be MgO board, cement board, plywood, OSB, compos-ites or other materials.

CBS Egis® composite wall system is engineered so that parts fit to-gether quickly and are fastened with screws. Each part is designed and made to perform its specific function, without fatigue, damage, for loss of performance. Only a few shapes are required to build any size, style, or architecture building.

Panels joined with male/female interlocks, walls with shear sheets

Walls are insulated or filled with dense thermal materials that store heat during the day and radiate warmth during the night. Shear protec-tion encircles the building perimeter. Shear in areas not prone to catastrophic disasters have sheeting applied at corners, or in locations where additional shear resistance to potential disasters is specified by professional engineers.

Double in-line shear walls prevent racking

Hot Roof Panels

CBS new technology con-verts solar heat into AC or DC electrical energy without using solar panels or wind generators for electricity storage, consumption, or sale back to the utility.

Whole-House LED Lighting System Proprietary LED lighting system and lamps light every room in the house for new and retro-fit applica-tions. Using a DC power supply to power all the lights in a 7 to 8 rooms with estimated energy costs from $2 to $15 per month.

CBS Shell Service CBS assembles and erects protective structures for others to finish.

Panels Include Doors, windows, elec-tric conduits, outlet boxes, insulation, exterior sheeting and interior gypsum. Panel sizes up to 40-feet (12 m) long. Erection Includes Delivery & supervision of anchor bolting, hurricane strapping, and roof panel ties.

Egis® Panel Strength Withstand up to 350 MPH (563 Km) winds, are termite proof, wa-ter proof, mold proof, and fire resistant. CBS composites do not con-duct electricity, attract lightening, or interfere with cell phone use.

In-Plant Control Supervision of raw materials quality, assembly process, jig accuracy, and inspections.

Structural Layout Similar to wood. CBS Studs are on 24-inch (61 cm) centers create continuous load paths every 2-feet for 50% more tie down strength than using 16 inch (41 cm) wood centers.

Insulation Panels are sealed against air and moisture infiltration with insulation R-values ranges de-pending on require perform-ance specifications.

Surpass Building Code Requirements

Panels - assembled with adhesives, sealants, and stainless-steel screws

Interlocks - Male/female interlocks joints are twice as strong

Corners - One-piece corner posts connect and lock shear sheets in two directions

Headers - Span openings from 2 to 20 feet (.6 to 6m)

Shear Sheets - Prevent walls from racking side to side

T-Wall Parts - Prevent walls from racking in or out

Connections - Up to 841 PSI (5,798.5 kPa) shear pullout, each screw

Floors - Composite joists with fire-resistant sheeting span up to 8 foot (2.4 m) centers and 30-feet (9m) spans
