Pengenalan Dan Ringkasan Projek
• Projek Pembinaan Wad Wanita dan Kanak – Kanak HTJS merupakan salah satu projek pembangunan di bawah RMK -9. Pembinaan wad ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan perkhidmatan dan rawatan yang khusus dan selesa kepada wanita dan kanak – kanak di daerah seremban dan ia merupakan satu rancangan jangka panjang untuk menambah dan meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan yang diberikan kepada rakyat yang jumlahnya semakin meningkat.
• Pelaksanaan projek ini dikendalikan oleh Cawangan Kerja Kesihatan, Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia dan kontraktor yang diberi tanggungjawab bagi menyiap dan menyempurnakan pembinaan blok wad ini adalah Syarikat Pembinaan Limbongan Setia Bhd. dan Pan Sejati Development (M) Sdn. Bhd JV.
• Kos bagi projek pembinaan bangunan ini adalah sebanyak RM188 juta. Kos ini meliputi skop pembinaan satu (1) blok bangunan tujuh (7) tingkat yang mengandungi 346 katil untuk pesakit dan juga tambahan empat (4) tingkat tempat letak kereta berjumlah 900 lot. Tingkat aras tanah dan tingkat satu (1) adalah tempat kawasan perkhidmatan manakala tingkat dua (2), tiga (3), empat (4) dan lima (5) merupakan wad Pediatrik dan Obstetrik & Ginekologi (O&G). Tingkat enam (6) blok Wad Wanita dan Kanak – Kanak tersebut akan menyediakan Wad Kelas Pertama untuk pesakit wanita.

Methodology The workshop will be conducted in a Knowledge Café style where participants will be asked to jot down their views on the papers provided. Any points raised must be specific. Scribers will key in the views of each section and help to compile the report. The participants as a group will deliberate and agree on

oleh PTB secara bulanan. 2. PTB menjalankan mesyuarat
koordinasi setiap minggu dan menyediakan laporan setiap bulan.
3. Interpersonal relationship yang baik antara JKR/Kontraktor/Klien.
4. Set-up dalam cawangan/PD dengan mewujudkan pasukan Construction Management
5. Pihak kontraktor, perunding, pembekal dan specialist contractor memberikan kerjasama yang positif dan mengikut jadual/perancangan.
6. Pengujian & pentauliahan yang dijadual dan dipantau bagi mengelakkan kelewatan.
1. As-built drawing dikemukakan setelah kerja siap mengikut peringkat kerja-update system yang telah dibangunkan.
2. SPB dan surat-menyurat berkaitan pentadbiran kontrak perlu dijana melalui system sepertimana system SKALA yang telah dibangunkan bagi memudahkan capaian oleh pihak terlibat.
3. Laporan pemantauan/tracking melalui CPM dikemaskini dan di muatnaik ke system pemantauan sebulan sekali.
4. Pengauditan dijalankan oleh designer sebulan sekali bagi tujuan pencegahan terhadap NCR yang banyak kelak.
LESSONS LEARNT: PEMBELAJARAN
1. Penetapan kekerapan audit tetap oleh pihak designer dan PD 2. Semua dokumentasi perlu disimpan secara elektronik bagi memudahkan
pengauditan dan capaian oleh pihak yang terlibat.
