CATHOLIC CHARITIES SPONSERED DRESS FOR SUCCESS
MAKING ITS MARK ON TELEVISION
March 30, 2010, Newark, NJ: Dress for Success of Essex County, sponsored by
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, will be featured in a new cable network
show featuring the B. Lynn Group’s team of celebrity fashion experts.
For the first show the theme is an “Evening of Beauty” with the Dress for Success
Professional Women’s Group. These experts provided beauty and fashion tips for woman
in the workplace: Bradi Simpkins, celebrity stylist and owner of the B. Lynn Group along
with Dr. Audrey Kuinn of Derma Doctors, Kathleen Johnson of Dr. Miracles Hair and
Skin Products and Crystal Street, celebrity wardrobe stylist gave advice and answered
questions for the ladies.
Many of these women are new to the workforce and unsure about their appearances for a
professional environment. This was a wonderful opportunity for the women to have a
chance to ask experts questions about how to dress for work. This evening was made
possible by the sponsorships and donations of Dr. Miracles Products, Derma Doctors and
Marriott Hotels.
Taping of the show was held at the Marriott Hotel located at 652 Route 1&9 South,
Newark, NJ on March 23, 2010 at 6pm. The broadcast date will be announced.
The Dress for Success program provides disadvantaged women just entering the
workforce with clothing, shoes, and handbags to help them get started on the right path.
