From styling the room to planning a delectable menu, we're happy to work with you. CCP also offers three adaptable venues: The USQ Uni Bar, The Espresso Lounge & the large Refectory. The USQ Uni Bar boasts a pool table and bar, perfect for a 21st birthday or a staff going away party. The Espresso Lounge is a great space for a cocktail event or a casual yet classy sit-down affair. If you’re organising a large event, look no further than the Refectory. This large adaptable space has seating for up to 550 people. If you have your own venue in mind we’re happy to come to you. We cater to the entire Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. CCP has a mobile liquor licence and therefore can accommodate a beautifully-styled boutique pop up bar for your next function. CCP is proud to be a ‘Gold Licence Caterer’. This prestigious accreditation is issued by ‘Restaurant & Catering Association’ placing us in Australia’s top echelon of catering providers. When placing a catering request please realistically estimate the number of attendees you anticipate will attend your function. Final attendee numbers must be advised by email to [email protected] as per the table below. Invoicing/charging will be based on this final number, regardless of turnout, unless the number increases, whereby the additional guests will be included in the final invoice. Every effort will be made to facilitate any changes required to your catering order after the times tabled below, however, changes may be subject to a processing fee of $20 per change.

CCP understand the importance of catering for specialised dietary needs. Our menu has options for Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Halal, Lactose-Free, Dairy Free and Vegan. Diabetic options can be catered for on request. Whilst all care will be taken to provide special meals to meet all dietary requirements, CCP is unable to guarantee that any meal will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten or other products that may produce allergic reactions in certain people. For extreme allergies, special arrangements must be discussed with your Event Manager.
CancellationsCatering cancelled with less than 72 hours notice of the catering order may incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the catering order or $20.00 whichever is greater. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the catering order or $30.00 whichever is greater. Please note an order cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the event. The total order invoice will still be payable.
ConfirmationSpecial Dietary RequirementsConfirmation of your booking is required no later than 2 days prior to your function.
Wedding and Corporate Catering Booking Confirmation
Cancellations which give more than 3 months of notice will receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 months of notice will not be entitled to any refund.
A menu surcharge of 15% will apply.

Public Holidays
DamagesOrganisers are financially responsible for any damages or loss sustained to the Campus Catering People equipment and/or the venue during the course of an event. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Campus Catering People uphold the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol and in accordance with Liquor Licensing Laws, reserves the right to refuse service to persons suspected of being under the age of eighteen years and to any person who shows signs of intoxication.
Product Availability and PricesDue to product availability, quality and unforeseen market price fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.
Commitment to Food SafetyCCP are certified “Gold Licence Caterers”. The management of Campus Catering People follow strict Food-Safe practice and take all reasonable precautions to fulfil our 'due diligence' responsibilities of providing safe food to our customers. CCP operates under a Food Safety Program, which ensures that each process step is systematically analysed. Potential problems are identified and sufficient controls are put in place to reduce or eliminate risks. CCP will not be held liable for the health and safety of our customers for any food removed from the venue or consumed more than sixty minutes after the specified service time.
Breakages and LossClients are responsible for any costs associated with loss, theft, damage or breakages of CCP equipment on loan and in use at functions. This includes the removal of catering equipment from the event room. Loss, theft, damages and breakages will be chargeable to the client for full replacement value.
EquipmentPlease advise of your equipment requirements, eg; tables, tablecloths, napkins etc; and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Table cloth hire is available for hire at $9.00 and other costs will be quoted accordingly.
Payment Of Accounts
Payment may be made by Cash, Credit Card, Cheque, Direct Debit or EFT. The following Credit Cards are accepted; Mastercard and Visa. Please make cheques payable to Campus Catering People. We reserve the right to request a deposit in some circumstances.
