Shoestring Catering provides high quality and great value no-frills catering specifically designed for students. Our á la carte menu selections allow you to order just the right amount of food for just the right price!

QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS:

• Residential students & senate

• Registered student groups for the enhancement of student social life on campus

PLEASE FOLLOW ORDERING CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR SHOESTRING PRICING:

• Place your order one week prior to your event

• Food request must come from the Shoestring menu.

• A signed and authorized requisition or other form of payment must be received three business days prior to the event

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on menu availability orders placed within 3 business days of the event may not be eligible for Shoestring pricing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All table, chair and trash can set ups are scheduled through the building office where your event is located.

• All appropriate service ware will be provided with all orders based on the quantity of food ordered. Sterno and disposable chafers for hot food are available upon request.

• There are additional charges for linen requests.

• Students are responsible for cleaning up after their event.

PRICING: Prices listed are for pick up only from the catering office located at 1400 University Blvd. Suite 125 Birmingham, Al. 35294. Office hours are M – F between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Orders can be delivered for a minimum $25 delivery fee or 10% of food and beverage not to exceed $100.00. For weekend events or events after 5pm please discuss special arrangements with the catering office at 205-996-6565.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Flavours catering provides a full range of menu options including informal barbecues, trendy receptions and formal served meals.
