Terms & ConditionsDELIVERY TIME AND FEES

Free delivery applies to most locations with a minimum of $100 delivery requirement. Or a $20 delivery fee may apply depending on the location and size of the order. The Jolly Miller standard delivery times are between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries or pick-ups outside these hours may be subject to an additional charge. Cold food orders may arrive 90 minutes prior to your requested delivery time. Weekend and public holiday delivery times and fees are available on request.

AVAILABILITY

Orders must be placed within 48 hours prior to delivery or pick up. Orders placed with short notice may be subject to availability.

PRICING FLUCTUATIONS

All prices are correct at the time of printing and are quoted on current costs. All prices quoted are GST inclusive. Prices may vary at any time due to seasonal and supplier shortages, The Jolly Miller reserves the right to make alterations to the order.

PAYMENT

All orders are payable 7 days from the invoice date unless other terms are agreed prior to delivery.

Please note: All orders under $100 will incur an additional $20 delivery fee.

DEPOSITS

All orders over the value of $500 require a 20% deposit for confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled within 7 days prior to delivery date.

LOST OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT

Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation charges will be incurred if cancellation takes place after your order has been confirmed and costs have been incurred for food, labour and other services. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled within 7 days of the function date.
