Broodjes & Bier is the result of a six month sandwich awakening along the swan laden canals of Amsterdam.
When our founder touched down in Amsterdam for a semester of study abroad, (one of) the first things she did was buy a broodje (Dutch: sandwich). Four years later, she took her obsession public and founded Broodjes & Bier, melding the two best food groups on earth. While the beer is on the way, the broodjes are here.
