Kindly refer annexture 1 for SOP of operation and fitment of valve and Annexture 2 for Kit details.This kit is fitted on NOVO DLX model from plant as standard fitment and it is applicable for NOVO cabin too.

DSE Valve

Process to use DSE Auxiliary valveSOP for Assembly of valve :SOP of older (Non DSE) configuration valve and new (DSE) valve is same on control valve assy.

SOP to make valve suitable for single acting as well as double acting cylinders.1.Valve is supplied in double acting mode from plant OR from ware house. Operator need not to change orientation of valve in case of double acting cylinder usage.

2. To make valve suitable for single acting cylinder –

Valve is in double acting mode

Valve is in single acting mode

Rotate knob anticlockwise with the help of 4mm open spanner till it closes completely.
