The go-to dining destination for celebrities from Hollywood to New York City will officially make its mark on the Las Vegas Strip as ARIA Resort & Casino debuts CATCH Las Vegas this fall. Known for attracting A-listers from around the world, the restaurant’s debut on The Strip will bring epic renditions of Asian-influenced sushi, seafood and steak and a something-for-everyone dining experience with seamless transitions and an elevated, interactive atmosphere from early evening to primetime dinner, late night and special events.
The CATCH Las Vegas menu will include Asian-inspired, high-end seafood selections such as the CATCH Roll, Lobster Mac & Cheese and Herb-Roasted Branzino. The bar program will be equally as enticing with visually stunning, handcrafted cocktails and a curated wine list.
