As a worldwide novelty Dynaplus® presented in 2005, the universal outdoor screw with Anti-Rust coating C4 as an

alternative to stainless steel A2 screws. Dynaplus outdoor screws are made of hardened carbon steel and they are up

to twice as strong as stainless steel screws. The Dynaplus® AR-coating has an excellent corrosion resistance and meets

Dynaplus® Universal screws are developed for the best use in practice. They screw in fast and light and the screws can be used in various building materials. Efficiency, ease of use and durability are central to the development of Dynaplus® screws. Multiple independent test institutes have now issued their certificates for our quality screws.

The universal screws have a special screw thread with a coarse pitch, an unique drilling point and a transperant lubricant. This means they screw in super fast and in most cases pre-drilling is not required. Dynaplus screws are up to 50% faster than ordinary chipboardscrews and screw in with a remarkeble low resistance, as a result of this many more screws can be used per battery charge. The perfect shaped starting tip grips directly in the wood and ensures a super fast start. And due to the Dynaplus drilling point with cross-sections and serrated screw thread, splitting of the wood is prevented.

The universal outdoor screws with Anti-Rust coating C4 are an alternative to stainless steel A2 screws. The screws are

made of hardened carbon steel and they are up to twice as strong as stainless steel screws. No more breaking o¬ff

during screwing and in most cases you can use the screws without pre-drilling. Even in hardwood.

The dark grey Dynaplus® AR-coating has an excellent corrosion resistance and meets the highest standard; corrosion

class C4. The organic coating provides the carbon steel screws a permanent corrosion protection. Even when the

coating surface is slightly damaged by using the screws. For example when you make small damage at the bit-recess

the AR-coating is able to recover itself.

The screws are galvanized before they get a surface treatment with the Dynaplus® AR-coating. This coating consists of

three thin layers of coating and ensures a very good adhesion so that the coating does not get damaged during use of

the screws. The AR-coating is highly corrosion resistant and meets the highest standard; corrosion class C4. The screws

are hardened in a sophisticated hardening process to make them very strong but also still very flexible. This reduces the

risk of breaking off the screws during applying but also after the screws are processed, when the wood starts to shrink

and swell.

Dynaplus® AR-coating screws are also available in a special decking screw type. This screw has a special 60° small flathead with sharp cutting nibs which penetrates easily in decking boards. The screws have a bronze coloured AR-coating, which matches well with the wood for a nice finish. Dynaplus® decking screw is provided with a special drilling point that reduces the splitting of the wood. Pre-drilling is not necessary in most cases. The coated carbon steel Dynaplus® decking screws are almost two times stronger as stainless steel decking screws, therefore they are easy to apply in hard woods like Bangkirai.

Wood construction scews, with a wide washer head and TX-drive, are specially designed for connecting wooden beams and load-bearing timber structures. Due to the large head diameter of the screw, it has a large bearing and clamping capacity. Because this screw can carry a heavier load, there’s less mounting points needed in the wood construction.

When you make a wood-on-wood connection you want the screw to pull the two pieces of wooden beams strongly together, therefore we use partial thread on the screws with a length of 80 mm and more. The special knurled part, above the thread, pre-drills some extra space, allowing the slightly thicker shank to go easily into the wood for a better clamping capacity. Because the shank goes in easily through the second wooden beam, it will be strongly tightened against the first wooden beam.

In addition to the special cross sections there’s an extra cutting point added at the tip of these screws. This provides these big screws a bigger pre-drilling capacity and makes screwing in more easy.

Dynaplus® Hinge screws are specially designed for mounting door and window hinges and fittings. The head diameter of the screw is slightly smaller than the Universal screw and fits perfectly into the screw holes of the hinge.

Available in two sizes:4,0 x 40 -> diameter head 7 mm -> several types of fittings4,5 x 40 -> diameter head 8 mm -> mainly door hinges

The head has no serrations and a special shape which provides for a nice and smooth finish in the screw holes. The screws are very strong, but still flexible, the chance of breaking the head during installation is, because of that, very small.

Dynaplus® hinge screws are also available in a coated version for use in combination with coated hinges and fittings and locks. The silver coloured AR-coating C4 matches perfectly with the coating found on hinges.

Several brands like AXA®, BSW® and Maco® developed hinges with a coating for special applications where stainless steel is not an option. For example environments which contain salty or chemically polluted air or even acidic environments. Dynaplus® MDF-screws are designed to connect two MDF panels or boards without splitting the material on the end of the grain. The cladding screw is an ideal solution for fastening wooden boards on a façade or mounting fencing boards. Due to the diamond-point the screw is self-drilling. This triangle shaped point provides a maximum drilling capacity in wood, while maintaining a high pullout strength to make a strong connection. The screws can be used up to 2 centimeters of the edge of the board, without pre-drilling and without splitting the wood.

For a smooth finish the screw is fitted with an extra small panhead. The panhead also prevents splitting of the wood. When using a normal countersunk head in wooden boards the head can work as a sort of a wedge. When the wood starts to dry after mounting, the chance of cracking of the wood due at the screwhead increases. This problem won’t occur by using a panhead. The TX-drive gives the user an optimum power transmission from the bit to the screw and makes screwing easy. The screws are made of hardened carbon steel and a balanced hardening process makes the screws very strong but also still very flexible. Because the cladding screws are meant to use outside they are provided with our Anti-Rust-coating. The bronze coloured coating matches nicely with the wooden boards for a nice finish. There is also black coated version available. The AR-coating is highly corrosion resistant and meets the highest standard; corrosion class C4. This organic coating is build up out of several layers on top of the electrolytic zinc plating, which provides for a very good adhesiveness of the coating. Even if the coating is slightly damaged during usage, it’s self-recovering ability provides a permanent corrosion protection to the screw.

Bits & BitsetsHandy boxes and blisters

Dynaplus® TX bits are made of high-grade chrome vanadium S2 hardened steel which provides a first-rate professional quality. The bits are made slightly conical shaped, this ensures a good bit fit in combination with our Dynaplus® screws. This makes screwing easy.

The bits are packed in blisters: the 25 mm ones per 10 and the 50 mm per 5, easy to keep for the professional user.

Besides the dispensers we have two Dynaplus® bitsets, each containing 32 pieces, with a wide range of universal bits and the special Dynaplus® TX-bits. The new TX-bits are colour coded so you can easily find the correct TX drive. The bitset also contains a magnetic bit holder for an easy and quick changing of bits.

Assortment boxesWell organized for easy use

The Dynaplus® assortment cases are filled with a wide variety Universal screws. The firm steel case has convenient removable plastic boxes so you don’t have to take the complete case to each small job. Also available, a plastic organizer with both screws and plugs: for the small jobs around the house.
