Storia del marchioSyncros nasce a Vancuver (Canada) nel 1986-87 ad opera di Peter

Hamilton e Pippin Osborne. Negli anni ‘90 diventa uno dei marchi maggiormente riconosciuti nella

MTB, specialmente nella costruzione di attacchi manubrio e reggisella apportanto innovazioni che ancora sono attuali.

Alla fine degli anni ’90 incorre in una grave crisi finanziaria che porta all’acquisto del marchio da parte di GT, successivamente acquistata da Schwinn e infine, nel 2000, da Pacific Bicycle Group (grosso produttore taiwanese). In questo periodo Syncros viene utilizzato come private lable da PBG producendo anche componenti di bassa gamma.

Alla fine del 2003 il marchio Syncros viene acquistato da Tom Ritchey. Nel 2005 viene presentata la prima gamma rinnovata. Nel 2007 Syncros viene integrata totalmente nella struttura di R&D, commerciale e logistica di Ritchey.
