The IDENT software comprises the electronic iden-tification of the bull and the collector and an auto-matic printout of a label for each ejaculate with the desired data and barcode. In the laboratory, this information is transferred to the laboratory pro-gram via barcode scanner. The ejaculate data and semen parameters are then automatically recorded via the connected devices. IDA is a flexible, multitalented and modular computer program. It automates ejaculate analysis including record keeping of thawing controls as well as extender dispensing and semen packaging in straws. The identification of each ejaculate can be entered manually, by barcode label or through a transponder. The ejaculate data file guarantees quick and precise ejaculate data management. The connected lab equipment like photometer or semen scale transfers analysis data to the lab computer where the calculations for further ejaculate processing are carried out. Automatic semen dilution and data transfer to the filling, sealing and printing machine greatly rationalize laboratory work. Production data is provided in real time for administration and sales.

Product features
Up to 4 straws are filled and sealed per cycle. Number of straws processed per cycle can befreely selected: 1,2,3 or 4 straws at a time.

Touch screen guided conversion from and to 0.5/0.25 cc straws with the same machine without exchange or replacement of any parts.
Exchangeable hopper for straws: hopper holds either 2.200 0.25cc straws or 1.300 0.5cc straws, one type of hopper suitable for both straw sizes. The filling and sealing area is completely closed, fully hygienic and safety conditions are therefore guaranteed.
Optimal control by the operator: process of filling of 4 straws at a time is performed right infront of the operator who can easily observe and control the process.
All 4 filling nozzles as well as all 4 suction nozzles are combined in 1 block each. This design allows very quick exchange between ejaculates, because each block is replaced in one step.
Machine can be operated at room temperature and in cold room or cabinet.
Dual ejaculate control through built-in adjustable balance and sensor at the filling tube:The filling machine switches automatically from 4 needle filling to 1 needle filling when the built-in balance indicates that the reservoir holding the ejaculate is almost empty. The tubings leading

The EcoStraw plug absorbs 3 to 4% less sperm cells than the plug of the standard semen straw. An accordingly higher number of straws per ejaculate is achieved making better use of valuable genetic resources without bearing additional costs.
The EcoStraw is applied exactly the same as the standard semen straw: the process of filling, sealing and printing as well as the insemination is identical.
Combined with the process orientated Minitüb technology for professional semen production, the EcoStraw contributes to high lab performance.
