Leader in Italia nella produzione di carriole, Officine Bragagnolo cresce con brio e conquista posizioni sempre più solide e importanti anche sui principali mercati continentali.

Emigrato in Argentina nell’immediato dopoguerra, Andreino Bragagnolo rientròin Italia nel 1955 assolutamente convinto che il suo futurolo attendesse qui, in terra veneta. Aveva visto lontano e il tempo gli ha dato ragione. “Al ritorno mio padre - racconta Patrizia Bragagnolo alla guida dell’azienda con il fratello Costantino e le sorelle Emanuela ed Elisabetta e il sig. Marcon Ezio attuale componente del Consiglio di Amministrazione - avviò un laboratorio artigiano di carpenteria metallicae lavorazioni meccaniche. Era un uomo tenace, sempre proiettato in avanti.In poco tempo la sua piccola azienda crebbe e si specializzò nella costruzione di attrezzature per l’edilizia”. Oggi Bragagnolo è il marchio che contraddistinguela carriola professionale, quella da cantiere edile.

Quando è iniziata questa produzione?“Diciamo che la nostra azienda si è diversificata in questo senso nel 1980, quandoè stata acquisita la divisione di una società che produceva carriole, un articolo checi ha permesso di rafforzare la presenza della Officine Bragagnolo in questo particolare segmento di mercato. Attualmente la produzione di carriole e betoniere è la nostra attività specifica, rivolta soprattutto ai settori della ferramenta e dell’edilizia”.

Ma parliamo della Bragagnolo e dei suoi successi.“Con una quota di mercato che si aggira attorno al 30%, possiamo ben dire di essere leader in Italia nell’ambito delle carriole. La nostra è un’azienda sana, basatasu un forte spirito di collaborazione.Il trend di crescita del giro d’affari nell’ultimo decennio ha mediamente superatoil 10% all’anno. Un momento importante è stato il 1990 quando, con l’entrata nella gestione aziendale di noi figli, l’azienda è stata trasformata in Societàa Responsabilità Limitata. Da allora Bragagnolo ha continuato a svilupparsi e investire significativamente in nuove tecnologie. Lo testimonia il nostro avanzato impianto produttivo, caratterizzato da molte isole robotizzate. Abbiamo inoltre ampliato le aree dedicate alla lavorazione e allo stoccaggio”.

Per quanto riguarda i mercati?“Lo scorso anno abbiamo programmato strategie di espansione sui mercati europei ed extraeuropei, un’iniziativa che sta dando buoni risultati e che ci ha permesso di acquisire importanti commesse presso una qualificata clientela. Abbiamo anche accompagnato lo sviluppo della società con una campagna di comunicazione istituzionale e di prodotto basata sulla promozione di due fondamentali valori: la qualità globale e l’affidabilità dei servizi alla clientela, con la quale da sempre intratteniamo positivi rapporti di fattiva collaborazione”.

Oggi per competere sui mercati bisogna puntare anche sulla formazione.E’ così anche per Officine Bragagnolo?“Per noi la formazione del personale è un fattore cruciale. Ecco perché nell’area degli uffici abbiamo allestito una sala appositamente riservata all’aggiornamento continuo”. Obiettivi per il futuro? “Anzitutto consolidare la nostra leadership di mercato in Italia. Poi la penetrazione graduale delle piazze estere attraverso un atteggiamento improntato secondo principi di correttezza, qualità e affidabilità e servizio”.

Emigrated in Argentine in the immediate post-war period, Andreino Bragagnolore-entered in Italy in 1955, absolutely convinced that his future was here,in his native land, the Veneto. When did this kind of production begin?Our company has evolved in that direction in 1980, when we acquired a company that produced wheelbarrows, an article that allowed us to strengthen our presence in this particular segment of market. Currently the production of wheelbarrows and concrete mixers is our specific activity, targeted above all to hardware stores and building industry”.

But let’s speak about Bragagnolo company and its success.“With a market share around 30%, we are leader in Italy in wheelbarrows.Our company is healthy, based on a strong spirit of cooperation. In the last decade sales increased of 10% each year in average. In 1990 the new Bragagnolo generation entered in the business management. The company has continued to grow strongly investing in new technologies. Our production plants are up to date and highly robotized. Moreover we have widened the areas dedicated to the working and the storage”.

And what about the markets?“In the past year we have planned expansion strategies on the European and extraEuropean markets, an initiative that is giving good results and that allowedus to acquire important orders from qualified customers. We have also launcheda communication campaign based on the promotion of two fundamental values:total quality and reliability in serving our customers”.

Today, in order to be competitive, it’s necessary to concentrate on professional training. Is it true also for Officine Bragagnolo? “Staff training is a crucial factor. In our establishment we have a special room dedicated to this. Future goals? “First of all to consolidate our market leadership in Italy. Then to penetrate gradually foreign markets through a work based on quality, reliability and service “.
