[email protected] Abstract:

The emergence of new devices in education, has created new paradigms for teaching, learning and training. Even if the Flipped Classroom is not used in Romania, is the time to make a change in the training structures and models, and promote an innovative frame for training using Flipped Classroom model. Keywords: Flipped Teaching, Training, tablets, Web 2.0, tutoring

The emergence of new tools in education generated a large movement in educational environments. The facility that you can have everything you need with you anywhere and anytime accessible to tablets and smart phones has made to be implemented rapidly in education. Until the advent of these new tools very useful indeed, education was very well served by the old laptops, PCs or iPhones. The Series of Web 2.0 tools successfully met a lot of functions and helps educational act in its entirety. Switching from Windows to Android and iOS has generated teacher's great difficulties. Both students and teachers, users of digital phones, not felt a great difficulty using the interface, or editing. The first problem that has been and is also the key to the whole Android or iOS architecture is the search engine. users of old search engines like Mozilla or Opera gave up and took Google Chrome. For the iPad the adaptation to Safari is a little more difficult. I have noticed in all guidance about the use of tablets for educational purposes an elementary thing is missing: compulsory knowledge of the functions and components of a tablet, load module and its operations. In other range, how to connect to the Internet, how to use the tablet online and offline, using the camera, and file transfers through Bluetooth.

Another big question that arises is that there is an avalanche of applications. When teachers teach, using a set, students when they learn or do home works use another set. I've never seen, some tablet tutorials for educational purposes prior to use the device. Before beginning to use a tablet at school and home all students must learn to use Google Chrome and Gmail. 1.The elements that occur in the educational use of a tablet : Mediums where you could use a tablet for train, teach, answer, tutor, explain, read, assess are: in nature, on plane, in train, in a hotel, in an internet point, in a museum, in classroom, at shopping, at sport competitions, in a bus station, in classroom, at home, in park, at a coffee shop, in a club, or when you are with friends. This means mobility and accessibility of your professional skills, and permanent connection with your tutees.

The device Tablet or Smartphone is the facilitator of your interactions, it contains all soft and applications you need to perform from everywhere your role.

You, as Teacher, or student, your students as tutees, are actors of theses interactions in places and with resources pre established. This means that your students and you have same skills and knowledge and use the same tools. It is about your personal style of teaching and your preferred tools for teaching. There are a lot, you and your classrooms, use some specific, verified and considered able to perform a good teaching.

Teachers roles in using Tablets in teaching are : Painter, Redactor, Scenarist, Reviser, Operator,Estetician, Writer ,Technician ,Reporter Teachers Actions in performing teaching through Tablet, in different structures of courses, and Flipped Classroom too ::Selects Appropriate apps and texts for use with apps selected, Manages, Transfers, Evaluates,Facilitates- The transfer of competencies and the easy move of teachers from one level to other, Fixates, Variates -Apps , mediums, web uses, Creates - All materials created must respect the contents and needs of students, Reflects, Connects community, Follows progresses, Corrects errors, Exemplifies Show how to use, Cooperates, Helps technical, Auto-trains Provides training, Mentors Tutors, Mediates, InnovatesBefore you perform teaching with Tablets, you must establish with your students, which apps you will use in teaching and which apps they will use for learning and do home works. This aspect means some training hours, for teaching students how to search, to select, to download and to use apps from Google Play.

The Apps Specificities: utile, to create, to communicate, to expose, to entertain, to explain, for telling a story, for resumed, for structure, for assessing, for training, and. Before the advent of Tablets in teaching we all had pc or laptop and we usually edit texts and make presentations with Word and PowerPoint, programs from Microsoft Office. Because every big trademark has realized his own Tablet, they have specified a personal browser, a personal OS and also a personal Office programs. For Android one of them is Polaris Office 5. Students and teachers are not skilled to use it, one cause of the tactile screen of the Tablet and another cause, because has a lot of multiple facilities that must be learned before using it. This means some hours before using teaching with Tablet, for having skilled students in using Office tools in learning.

Educating students and especially teachers in the use of these new forms of Office with various capabilities, brings plus the educational, and the value of the work of student learning.

2. Flipped Classroom, and Web 2.0, the connectors of all actors in learning

On a larger scale is used the concept of the Flipped Classroom. This new concept which is based on individual work, epistemic curiosity, and the ability to assimilate new knowledge through collective learning hopes to resolve dropouts and to make learn all students. From years ago I use Facebook as online learning tool.My accounts have also contents for study easily in Flipped Classroom

Figure 6 Print screen of a selection about History of French Language resources from Facebook account. It is very important to have resources accessible, for facilitating the students learning.

But not only the resources are very important, also the tutoring proceedings.

Long time ago, I have published a book about Tutoring on-line.

I have discovered that is very actual also on this time in the process of Flipped Learning.

It is not so important to use only apps in the teaching process.

There are tools of Web 2.0 who could be used in teaching and training with great results. And they could be viewed also on tablets.

For increasing the attractivity of a course, you can use Facebook or Storify and compose your course content. Then you can upload it on an Edmodo Classroom as I do myself.

Continuous training for teachers using the Flipped Classroom modelStarting from teaching by using Flipped Classroom, the training is also a Flipped Context.
