DESCRIPTION
Ayurveda defines "Aam-Vaat" as combination of undigested food (assimilated through intestine) mixed with gas. This blocks the blood capillaries taking nutrition to cartilage, thus weakening the joints. Castor Oil followed by warm ginger water fights this syndrome most efficiently as explained in this Gujarati write up published in an old news paper issue.
