Originally developed in Australia for athletes, sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy it is increasingly becoming an essential tool for therapists of all disciplines.

Dynamic Taping utilises a specially designed, highly elastic tape completely different from rigid sports tapes and kinesiology tapes including Kinesio Tex Tape, Spider Tech and Rock Tape. It is a different tool for a different job. It’s unique properties and four way stretch allow for a truly biomechanical approach to taping, something that integrates well with a clinician’s clinical reasoning process.

The tape is applied in a way that allows the elastic energy to mimic muscles, absorb load or to modify movement patterns. It can be used to facilitate or inhibit, assist and resist or to offload. In addition to this biomechanical approach it has also proved extremely effective for lymphatic taping due to its durability, versatility and superior comfort.

T8718 Elite Aster

The Elite Aster is suited for heavy manipulation with the top section completely supported by a steel frame. The elongated face hole gives complete freedom for patient positioning including pediatrics.

This table also features quality actuators, gas struts, Dacron bearings and retractable castors. The Aster also features a ‘Surround Elevating Bar’. This wrap-around bar allows the practitioner to activate the height adjustment of the table from positions around the table.

There is no longer a need to have a separate foot switch that requires to be moved from one side to the other. The foot switch option is however, still available, if required. Standard with face recess hole and plug.

VectorpulseCombined 2/4 Pole Interferential Vacuum UnitThe Vectorpulse’s interferential module offers 10 user defined programs set up at a push button, manual sweep control, vector rotation, bipolar and quadropolar operation, and digital displays of all important parameters. The suction module uses an extremely quiet motor. A circuit within the unit monitors the section level continuously, and will automatically maintain the suction level prescribed. This allows suction cups to be placed on one at a time, and if one cup falls off during treatment the remainder will stay attached.

Three pulsed modes and a continuous suction mode is provided. Water is trapped in a large internal reservoir and a sensor warns when the reservoir is full, at which time the reservoir can be emptied.
