2Case:Developing a Sales Strategy by Analyzing Data for MUTE

3An automobile production corporation MUTE had decided to produce a new type car and launched a cool model which is called MUTE Prob 2.0 T in 2003. Manufacturing of MUTE Prob 2.0 T has began to produce as main six different colours and other special colours. Corporation planned to improve and increase its sales year to year and have been successful on their purpose. In the first year MUTE Prob 2.0 T was sold 242 numbers of automobiles and raised its sales 312 in 2008. Therefore Mute has a big accomplishment on this new model.

4 Every year between 2003-2009 we gained numerical data of sales MUTE Prob 2.0 T. Different colours MUTE Prob 2.0 T have different demands from drivers. According to this exchanges of sales, corporation set their production planning. 2003 2004.

20096Here is the data that taken from Mute Car Companys Marketing Department. Data is about the number of colour products of Mute Prob manufactured between 2003-2008 years.

Because of this increasing sales of green MUTE Prob 2.0 T especially in 2005 the company decided to product more green car in 2008. Therefore they have launched 75 green automobiles whereas black automobile were 70, white automobiles were 35 and grey automobiles were 65.7

THE COMPARATIVE BOXPLOT OF GREEN SALES8 The Total Sales Data is nearly symetric and Green Sales Data is nearly left-skewed.

89Howewer, white automobiles were in active demand at 2008 and clients didnt bound up green color as planning. Therefore MUTE developed an advertise project to sell its green automobiles. Advertise has created a big impact on automobile drivers.Our advertisement was10

We analyzed data and get conclusion from this data.

Conclusion13We see that advertise impact drivers and green automobiles sold 50 in first half year of 2009. Company had sold its green cars by this advertise. Not also green cars, other colours sales has increased, too. Company accessed their sales. In Conclusion MUTE continue to get bigger and increase their sales on automobile market.
