Executive Summary
According to case study, There is a small city named Luang Reap Hoi where tourism industry is growing rapidly but city council has no plan to support the accumulated number of tourists that causes a lot of problems to city which can defined in 4 groups
– Human Resource– Tourism and Infrastructure– Environment– Social
• In our point of view, the problems of Human Resource is critical issue.
• The objective of the project is, to improve skill and Knowledge for employees and local people to work in tourism industry.
• The process of the project– Stakeholder Analysis– Problem tree– Objective tree– Design and Monitoring Framework– Work Breakdown Structure– Critical Path
• The expected result is, people have skill and knowledge in tourism industry consist of interpretation, hotel services and so on.
• The beneficial of this project promotes the increasing number of tourists and improve investment in tourism industry that would contribute the economic growth.
• Duration time = 96 weeks (2 years)
• Budget = 2 million dollars
