Two Brine lines of 315mm CLASS 19

Location: Dead sea, Israel

Working Conditions: Working pressure of 13 BAR, working

temperature of 80°c

Pipes Used: Two 315mm CLASS 19, each line 3000 meters

long. 6000 meters in total. The pipes are connected with

special Electro fusion couplers

Description: One line transports from Dead Sea Magnesium to

Dead Sea 'Maklef' potash factory. The other line transports

from Maklef to Magnesium

The lines were installed over 15 years ago and are working

constantly without problems

Location: Dead sea, Israel

Working Conditions: Working pressure of 6 BAR, working

temperature of 60°c

Pipes Used: Four 315mm CLASS 10 lines. Each line 4000

meters long, 16,000 meters in total. The pipes are connected

with Electro fusion couplers

Description: The lines are transporting waste slurries from

the Dead Sea Works production facilities to their waste

disposal site

The lines were installed in di!erent times during the last

16 years and are working constantly without problems

Four tailing lines of 315 mm CLASS 10

Dredging lines in the Dead SeaLocation: Dead sea, Israel

Working Conditions: Working temperature of 60°c

Pipes Used: 400/450/500mm CLASS 10/10/8, total length of

over 5,000 meters. The pipes are connected with special

mechanical couplers

Description: The lines transport dredged salt harvested from

the bottom of the evaporation ponds. The lines were installed

20 years ago and are working according to project's needs

without problems

The 400mm CLASS 10 pipes replaced special High molecular

weight PE pipe that failed after only two months. Future

dredging project will include PEXGOL 630 CLASS 10 pipe.
