    The first stage is the stage of a trade marksearch.

    Apply to the Registry for an assessment

    Second - application can be made to theappropriate office of the Trade MarksRegistry.

    Third - Application Number; Examination and

    Objection. (Heavy Rush & Time Consuming). Fourth Either Accepted or Advertised (For

    objection).

    The offices are in all the four major metros. In reality, Registry offices at Calcutta and

    Bombay maintain this record.

    A fee of Rs 20 per hour is charged by Trademark registry to use its library.

    Huge volumes are provided including thepending applications.

    Identification of the remaining sets of Trade

    marks which did not claimed to be renewedwould have reduced the Capital to be investedsignificantly. (Rs 0.65/input of trade mark.)
