We loved this villa from the moment we first saw it and think it’s perfect for families who are quite happy to not venture far, (since let’s face it, it’s hard to peel yourselves away from something as individu-al as this) as well as those, who’d like to see all that the north of Mallorca has to o�er. Sitting on the outskirts of the pretty and unspoilt village of Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana range, Cas Jurat dates back to the 1300s. It’s been renovated with flair and imagination, and is full of well thought out design features and minimalist décor, topped by having quite the most exceptional views. Outside, the terraces and lawns soak up the Mallorcan sun, whilst the interiors are cool and relaxing. We love the modern kitchen; the little sunlit courtyards and the slightly quirky layout. The living space is comfortable, with three bedrooms - one double en suite and two rooms on the upper level sharing a bathroom. This villa is great for families who like to be close to bars and restaurants, and it’s an easy walk into the centre of Selva.

ALTHOUGH IT IS IN A VILLAGE SETTING IT HAS OVER 250M2 OF OUTSIDE SPACE MADE UP OF LAWNS AND TERRACES. IT IS AROUND A 45 MINUTE DRIVE FROM PALMA AIRPORT.
